Love....

I want to dedicate my first Blog to know what actually LOVE means... Different meanings can be interpreted in different ways. But still, i want to know that what does this word mean for all of us.

To start with, the word Love is from Old English lufu, connected with Sanskrit lubh, 'to desire' and Latin lubere, 'to please'. Dictionary definition of 'Love' says "Love is a strong liking for someone. It's a strong passionate affection for another person ." Does that mean that this feeling for someone which we think is love can vanish away after some time? Is it possible that strong passionate affection for one becomes a burden for another? Many a times yes and many a times no. So, I think this is not how we define Love.

I think following lines on Love, which are from The Holy Book Bible defines Love so easily that when one goes through those line one can feel contemplated within self. According to Bible, Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love bears all things; believes all things; hopes all things; endures all things. If one doesn't get this feeling with whom one shares a relationship, then it is not love, I think its one way of carrying a relationship in the tag named "Love".
